Short version: Metabo keeps your fasting data in your own private iCloud and on your device. We don't run third-party trackers, we don't sell your data, and we collect the minimum needed to sign you in and sync.
Metabo is operated by WebKoding ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the Metabo iOS app collects, why, and your choices.
Your fasting data is stored on your device and synced through your own private iCloud database (CloudKit), which only you can access with your Apple Account. App settings stay on your device. We do not operate a separate analytics server that profiles you.
Intermittent fasting information is health-related. We process it only to provide the app's features — your timer, stages, streaks and insights. Metabo does not currently read from or write to Apple Health; if that changes, we will ask for your explicit permission first.
Any account and subscription metadata we process is hosted in the European Union (Germany). Your fasting content remains in your iCloud, governed by Apple's iCloud terms and privacy policy.
You can review and remove your data, and delete your account, from Profile → Delete account in the app — this removes your records from our systems. Under GDPR/KVKK you may also request access, correction, export, or erasure by emailing us. Cancelling Metabo Premium is done in your App Store account settings.
Metabo is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region), and fasting is not recommended for under-18s without medical guidance.

This website (metabo.webkodingtheme.com) uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits, to see which pages and referring sites bring people here, and to record when a visitor taps through to the App Store. It collects the page viewed, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and the referring site. IP addresses are anonymised, and Google advertising signals and ad personalisation are switched off — this data is never used to build an advertising profile and is never joined to anything you do inside the app. See Google’s privacy policy.
